Can I see what’s in the next collection?

No – we want it to be a lovely surprise! If you follow us on TwitterInstagram or Facebook you might see a sneak peek or two and in the months to come we’ll also add photos of previous collections to our blog.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do! Delivery needs to be signed for. Please note: for non-EU customers the customs declaration label will say “Stationery”, and although it is very unlikely customs officials might inspect the contents.

How big is the parcel?

The parcels are approximately 350 x 280 x 70mm (14 x 11 x 3″) so will not fit through most standard size letterboxes.

I’ve missed the deadline for the current box. Can I still order one?

Possibly. Please get in touch and we’ll let you know if we have one available.

When will my payment be taken?

When you order a collection from us we’ll take payment immediately.

I would prefer not to pay through the website. Do you offer alternative payment methods?

Yes we do. Please get in touch via hello@spotlightseasons.co.uk and we’ll send you the details.

When will you dispatch the boxes?

We aim to despatch on the last day of November, February, May and August but this may vary slightly depending on national holidays etc.

Why so long between the order closing date and the shipping date?

Once we know exactly how many orders we need to fulfil, we can make the best possible choices for the upcoming collection.

How long will it take for my box to arrive?

UK: 2-3 days    Rest of the world: 5-10 days

Can I buy a collection as a gift?

Yes of course and we can include a message if you’d like us to. If you need us to hang on to a collection a little longer so that it arrives on time for a birthday or anniversary, just let us have the details.

Why does it say “RMHT Trading Ltd” at the top of the Paypal payment portal?

Along with Spotlight Stationery and Stationery & Art, Spotlight Seasons is a brand of our limited company RMHT Trading Ltd and we use the same Paypal account for all three.

What if I really don’t like what’s in the box?

We offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee – contact us for more information.

I’ve changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a full refund.
