Spotlight Seasons Autumn 2019 collection

Our Autumn 2019 collection!

Well to say we were thrilled with the reaction to our first Seasons collection would be an understatement! We received many messages from customers saying how much they liked the stationery they’d received, and every item in the box was someone’s favourite.

So what did we send?

Leuchtturm1917 Bauhaus journal, pen loop and pencil
The famous Bauhaus design school celebrated its centenary in 2019 so we were very pleased to include the Leuchtturm1917 special edition Bauhaus journal in our first box. This premium brand is a favourite with stationery addicts around the world… and in the Spotlight office!

Troika Construction pen
Quite possibly the hardest working pen you’ll ever see! The features include 1:20 and 1:50 scales, a spirit level, inch and centimetre rulers, a stylus and both Phillips and slotted screwdrivers. And you can write with it! One customer said she’d been testing the level of all sorts of things throughout her house…!

Ohto Horizon gel pen and mechanical pencil
We love the great metallic colours and stylish design of the Horizon range from the Japanese pen maker Ohto, and it turned out that our customers did too. Ohto invented the first gel pen with a ceramic tip and were the first company to make a ballpoint pen in Japan.

Laura stoddart notecards
We first met Laura when her beautifully illustrated postcards book won the Judges Prize at the 2016 London Stationery Show. When we caught up with her again at this year’s show we chatted about our idea for a new quarterly collection, and it was Laura who suggested that we call it Spotlight Seasons. How could we not include some of her stationery in our first collection?

Rama eye gold brass bookmark
Rama Publishing is a lifestyle and stationery brand based in London run by husband and wife team Rachida and Matthew. Their products are very distinctive and the gold eye bookmark is one of the nicest we’ve seen.

So what do we have in mind for our Winter collection? We couldn’t possibly say, it would ruin the surprise, but if you place an order before 31st January, you’ll find out!

If you’re sorry you missed the Autumn collection deadline, good news! We have a VERY small number of these available; please get in touch if you’d like one.
